I recently used Eby’s when I heard my brakes squealing. I had previously used another mechanic in town exclusively, but was not happy with the up charges. Not only did Eby’s not try to sell me services I did not need, the quote shocked me with how low it was compared to similar services I had done elsewhere. When I came to pick up my car, the job had taken less time than estimated, so the charge was a $100 lower than estimated. I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN!!! To top it off, I received fresh chocolate chip cookies as a thank you for my business. Needless to say, Eby’s has a new customer!

Cost of service was reasonable, and service itself was very professional. Most importantly, I could tell the staff was being honest and not trying to gouge, which is worth plenty. Appreciate the work!
