Very good customer service, but at 176/hr for diagnostic services…not sure it was worth all that! Issue still not that resolved. Due to high prices, I will not be going back! I was charged 2 hrs at 176/hr to find issue, but issue is still happening!

First time at EBY’S, was impressed with how quickly they fixed my truck issue. Very reasonable prices and loved the attention to service. Will be back.

It was ver easy to schedule an appointment online. I was able to drop my Suburban off and I used the key drop. The work was completed very quickly. I received a call from the garage to explain the estimated cost of repairs and then they allowed me an opportunity to decide if those repairs should be completed. I have been pleased with the service I've received and, more importantly, they have not done any work I haven't approved.

I had my car towed on a Friday afternoon, the team pulled together and finished the job before closing when nobody else was open to do the job.

Eby’s made the process effortless and stress-free from start to finish when I desperately needed my car looked at due to a rattling engine and check engine light on. I dropped my car off in the morning without an appointment and by 11:00 they had called me with an update. My car was finished before 2:00, and even though I couldn’t pick it up until after hours, they made it easy by putting my key in a lockbox. Jeremy was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without making me feel unintelligent 😆 Highly recommend their services to anyone!

Needed to have recently purchased vehicle MD Inspected. They were very accommodating in getting me in asap, very courteous and professional. Price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend for services.
