A very heartfelt thank you to Jeremy. I had warning notices on all 4 tires. That’s a first. I had a long drive and was obviously concerned if it were true or computer glitch. I tried to handle it myself. I have that same neurological disorder. The disability effects my mobility. I fell backwards with glasses flying and was fortunate not to have hit my head. I realized how stupid it was to try that. I called Eby’s and spoke with Jeremy. He took care of me immediately. All 4 tires were low. He declined a payment. A random act of kindness, but when I booked an oil change I said our last name and he said Sonata!! Great service as always and truly kind. I highly recommend Eby’s not just on quality but kindness too.

Been using this company for over seven years now and can say without a doubt that Jeremy and the rest of team have always been top notch. They have gone above and beyond on countless occasions and I will be a customer for as long as I am in this area. You can totally trust them with your vehicles. The only complaint I have is the cookies they used to hand out from the company's owner's wife for free after each visit are no longer there, which is a shame as they were tremendous :)
